Stephanie has a heart and a passion to see woman’s lives healed and transformed by the power and love of Jesus Christ.

 

Using her own experiences, education, and over 23 years in the mental health/counseling field she can offer hope, support, and guidance in overcoming life’s most difficult of challenges.

 

Stephanie has a transformative redemption testimony that she has been able to share with woman’s groups, conferences, and various other settings.

 

Stephanie has had many other hardships to overcome since receiving salvation over 24 years ago, such as having a prodigal child, secondary infertility, becoming an adult child of divorce, and enduring several family members with addictions and/or dysfunctions.

 

 

Stephanie has worked at Gulf Oaks Psychiatric Hospital, Gulf Coast Mental Health, Singing River Mental Health, and Fleet and Family Support. She has also worked at The Women’s Resource Center Crisis Pregnancy Center, operated her own Christian counseling practice, Hope Counseling, was an online Christian counselor with Gospel Guidance, and over the past several years she has started a blog, Hope and Encouragement for Women, been published in several print and online magazines, and published two books.

And now Stephanie is owner and operator of Stephanie Reck, Coaching & Consultation Services, LLC where she provides motivational life coaching to her clients using her experiences, education,  and hope through the redemptive plan of Jesus Christ.

 

 

Stephanie has also lead many women’s Bible studies, and was the leader of Celebrate Recovery at her former church. 

 

 

Stephanie married her best friend, 25 years ago. They have one grown son, and a beloved “fur baby.”
