To cancel or reschedule please give at least 24 hours notice, otherwise you will be charged for the full service fee.
If staff has to cancel, reschedule or if there are technical issues, you will be give notice 24 hours in advance (unless there is an emergency or the technical difficulties could not be resolved in a timely manner). All live courses and coaching/counseling services that are canceled by staff will be rescheduled as soon as possible.
